Women empowerment has always been at the heart of our policy dialogue. Under visionary leadership, FICCI has consistently championed initiatives that prioritize women’s empowerment.
We are delighted to share with you that under the aegis of the FICCI Women Empowerment Committee, we have instituted the 2nd Edition of the FICCI Women Empowerment Awards. The aim of the awards is to honour and celebrate organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment and achievements in promoting women’s participation, retention, and advancement at the workplace.
The selection process for the Awards is extremely competitive and is assessed through a 3-tier assessment process. Nominations received shall be thoroughly scrutinized by FICCI team and independent assessors. Subsequently, the assessors shall conduct a virtual assessment of the company’s initiatives and programs of the shortlisted companies. The final selection for the Awards shall be made by an Independent Jury comprising of eminent personalities from different spheres.
