PHDCCI is organising International Climate Summit 2025 on “Leading the Bioenergy Revolution” on Friday, 29th August 2025 at Le Meridien, New Delhi.

The primary objective of ICS 2025 summit is to explore alternative energy strategies that contribute to India’s decarbonization goals. It will bring together global leaders, policymakers, researchers, and industry pioneers to discuss and advance the role of bioenergy, green hydrogen, sustainable aviation fuels, and biorefineries in the global energy transition. The summit will serve as a platform for high-level discussions, policy frameworks, investment opportunities, and technological innovations that will shape the future of sustainable energy.

Hon’ble Vice President of India Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji and Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi ji has been invited to the summit. Several Union ministers from relevant ministries like the Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, & Ministry of New and Renewable Energy along with NITI Aayog and Invest India are being invited to the summit.

The summit will focus on following key areas:

  • Dent Corn Import – Impact of Dent Corn Revolutions in India.
  • Industry Collaborations – Tie-ups between Mega Bio-Ethanol Refineries, Bio-Ethylene Technologies, and R&D initiatives.
  • Advanced Risk Assessment – Importance of Process Safety & Standards in Hydrogen economy and Energy storage using advances Safety tools for quantitative risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Energy Storage – A key factor in the success of renewable energy.
  • Decarbonization , Carbon Markets , Carbon Removal
  • Circular Economy – the pillar of sustainable resource use – as LiFE Mission
